A nice little stop about 40 minutes past our camp in Linapacan, but you can camp overnight here as well, or sleep in their guest hut, either for about 150p/pax. They have a little store which sells beer and snacks and the locals are very friendly and love to show off their videoke machine.

A rustic, thatched-roof hut stands amidst trees on Araw Beach, its sandy shore inviting exploration. A wooden fence made of logs and rope lines the area. The setting sun casts a warm glow over the scene, offering a tranquil backdrop for island hopping or leisurely boat tours.

A person strolls along a sandy path flanked by lush green trees and towering palms under a clear blue sky, with a small thatched-roof hut on the right—an idyllic scene reminiscent of Araw Beach, perfect for those who dream of island hopping.

A tropical beach scene with white sand, palm trees, and two thatched huts. The blue sky and calm ocean are visible in the background, along with a small, forested hill—perfect for island hopping near Araw Beach.

One of their outdoor tables where you can have lunch, with the guesthouse just behind it (closeup below).

A rustic beachside setting on Araw Beach, with a thatched roof shelter and wooden table under swaying palms. Bamboo huts dot the sandy shore, while lush greenery creates a serene backdrop—perfect for relaxing after a day of island hopping or local boat tours.  A traditional outrigger boat is docked on Araw Beach’s sandy shore with clear turquoise water. A small dog stands near the shoreline, and lush green hills are visible in the background under a bright blue sky, offering an idyllic setting perfect for picturesque boat tours.

Here’s a nice little drone shot of this beautiful beach (the cliff diving is in nearby Linapacan island):

To get here you can join or book one of our private custom Palawan boat tours between El Nido and Coron. Tons of paradise beach islands to see along the way, excellent snorkeling in crystal clear waters, caves to explore, Spanish fortress and much more. Completely off the beaten path!

Fantastic snorkeling

Araw Beach is a fantastic snorkelling destination and we recommend staying here. You will camp in a very simple, small tent on the beach. We shared the beach with one other group. On the beach is a toilet and shower (both bucket operated). We passed an alternative (Two Seasons) which looked amazing but was totally out of our budget.

Lovely, endearing little spot.

For camping only and has no mobile signal, but a lovely little place running on a generator, they sometime play karaoke at night, usually a bonfire, and nearby there is a cool little beach which you can book just for yourselves.
