This is a relatively new place located right next to Linapacan Tourist Camp, so it may take a little time for them to grow some foliage, but at least another option where to stay and a good location about halfway between Resort1 and Araw beach. More info on Lolo Jose’s Facebook Page.

In terms of peace and quiet from the party backpacker tour groups, in the words of the owner:
Usually up to 10pm or an extension of 30mins or 1hour. After that the loud mic is turned off. They don’t usually retire early. They still drink, laugh and tell stories.
They can make a bonfire for you for 500p.
Electricity
Gas generator runs from 6pm-12pm, after which solar takes over to run the fans.
