The best way to pass through this area, if you are a fan of paradise beach islands and snorkeling, is to boat your way slowly to Coron. You can go either direction (south from Manila or north from Princesa), but the best is to fly to Puerto Princesa and make your way back north, as once a week there is a ferry back to Manila. Tons of islands, caves and snorkeling along the way.
