Build us a house
We would like to build a nipa house in Guimaras of size approximately 910 x 1130cm on the top floor, with the bottom floor made of concrete walls at approximately 630 x 1400cm. For a more detailed explanation you can check out this PDF file.
We also need a septic tank, but there is already a dry riverbed running through the property:
Along the left side there are 8 mahogany trees, which we can use for the terrace and wooden floors.

We are currently renting a house in Guimaras, Nueva Valencia, about 10km from at least five beaches and about 100m from the property we want to build on. You are welcome to stay in the downstairs room:
The fan is functional, but if you want more mattresses, sheets and pillows etc, you will have to bring your own.

You would have your own bathroom:
There is also a dirty kitchen with lots of charcoal:
There is also an outdoor area with another “pugon” for cooking and where you can make a campfire at night if you like:
You can also use our fancy bbq if you like:
Upstairs we have our own dirty kitchen and our main kitchen, if you sometimes need help with cooking.
There is a small market about 5km away where you can buy all sorts of fresh fish and seafood, and the vegetables are generally cheaper here than in Iloilo. We can direct you to a few good shops we go to, and we have an online map of all the best beaches and places to enjoy yourself.
