Port Barton is a nice, beautiful and quaint area off the beaten path. As you can see it is not the easiest to get to, but if you prefer to get away from the tourist crowds, it’s at least an option to consider. If you have enough time in the country to make it to Balabac (bottom left corner of above map) and want to also see the great sites in the north (El Nido and Coron), Sabang (underground river tour) and Port Barton are worthy stops along the way.
